Who we are
STRATUNEX is a business and operational infrastructure firm based in Abuja, Nigeria. We are responsible for the enquiry details described here. You can reach us about privacy at stratunex@gmail.com.
What we collect through the enquiry form
- Your company name and work email address.
- Your team or branch size and the operational challenge you describe.
- Your preferred contact method (email, phone call or WhatsApp).
- A phone number, only if you choose phone call or WhatsApp as your contact method.
- Your confirmation that we may contact you about the enquiry.
- A one-way hashed value derived from your network (IP) address, used only to limit repeated or abusive submissions. We do not store the raw IP address with your enquiry.
How we use it
Submitting an enquiry is a request to be contacted. It is not a confirmed appointment or a completed assessment.
- To review your enquiry and contact you about a Business Assessment using your preferred method.
- To alert our team that a new enquiry has arrived, through internal notifications and email delivery.
- To protect the form against spam and repeated submissions.
Who can see it
Enquiries are visible only to authorised STRATUNEX team members who handle new business. They are not shown on the public website or in client portals.
We rely on service providers to run this website, store data, deliver email and, if you allow it, measure site usage. They process data on our behalf to provide those services. We do not sell your enquiry data.
Optional analytics
With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand which public pages are visited and whether the enquiry form is used. It may set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser. We do not send your name, email, phone number or challenge description to analytics, and private client and staff areas are never measured.
Analytics stays off until you choose “Accept analytics”. Your choice is saved in your browser and you can change it at any time.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only for as long as needed to respond to and follow up on your enquiry, or where we must keep records to meet legal, accounting or similar obligations.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the details you sent, or to stop contacting you, by emailing stratunex@gmail.com. We will respond subject to any obligations we have to keep certain records.
Where data protection laws such as the Nigeria Data Protection Act or, for some visitors, the GDPR apply, you may have additional rights under those laws, including the right to complain to the relevant data protection authority.

We may update this notice as our website or services change. The current version is always on this page.
