Fragrance Elixir sells authentic designer and Arabian fragrances from Abuja, Nigeria. You can reach us at fragranceelixir1@gmail.com or on +234 090 4222 3059.

Every fragrance we list is sourced through channels we trust and sold as authentic. Bottle photography is representative; packaging, batch codes and box design can change without notice as brands update their own production. Fragrance projection and longevity differ from person to person, so descriptions of notes and performance are guidance rather than a guarantee.

All prices are shown in Nigerian naira (₦) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping is charged separately at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but the price you see when you complete checkout is the price you pay. Stock is limited; if an item sells out after you order, we will contact you to arrange a replacement or a full refund.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Our contract with you begins when we confirm your payment and accept the order. We may decline or cancel an order where an item is unavailable, where the price or description was clearly wrong, or where we suspect fraud or a payment problem. If we cancel, you get a full refund.

Payments are processed securely by Flutterwave, which accepts Nigerian cards, bank transfers and USSD. Your card details are handled by Flutterwave and never stored on our servers. An order is only confirmed once Flutterwave reports the payment as successful; pending or failed transactions are not dispatched.

We ship within Abuja, nationwide across Nigeria and internationally. Current rates and estimated timelines are set out on our FAQ & Shipping page. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by courier delays, weather, customs or public holidays. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please give a complete address and a phone number the courier can reach.

Because fragrance is a personal-care product, we can only accept returns of items that are unopened, unused and in their original sealed packaging, reported to us within 7 days of delivery. Contact us first so we can approve the return and give you the address.

• Wrong, damaged or faulty items — tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will replace it or refund you in full, including return shipping.
• Approved returns — refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the item. Return shipping is your responsibility unless the fault was ours.
• Not returnable — opened, sprayed, used or unsealed bottles, testers, decants, gift items and anything reported after 7 days.

If you create an account, keep your password confidential and tell us immediately if you think someone else has used it. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account. We may suspend accounts used for fraud or abuse.

You may not resell our content, scrape the site, attempt to break its security, or use it for any unlawful purpose. Our name, logo, product photography and written content belong to Fragrance Elixir and may not be reproduced commercially without written permission.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act. Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Always patch test a new fragrance; discontinue use if irritation occurs.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja have jurisdiction over any dispute. We would much rather resolve things by email first — please contact us before escalating.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
